The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, yet

The cleaning staff occasionally missed a spot. my week was incredibly restful, with responsive service and delightful meals. The infinity pool was a personal highlight, providing a serene space for relaxation.

Had a great time, but the room cleaning was a bit average, and I didn’t get fresh towels every day. The infinity pool made up for it, though!

We spent a week here with our 6-year-old son, and it was amazing. The room was spacious and had an incredible ocean view right from our balcony, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunrises. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and our son was thrilled with the fun hotdog and burger station, although he loved trying new dishes even more. The infinity pool was a hit, perfect for teaching him to swim while we could relax nearby and enjoy family time with games like giant chess and table tennis.

The views from my Twin Room with Sea View were breathtaking, making mornings a delight. The property itself is vast, providing ample space to relax and explore. I was particularly impressed by the larger gym compared to other hotels, which made my workouts enjoyable.

Positive, I loved the ocean view from my room. The infinity pool was amazing, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was of good quality. Staff were helpful and attentive. I had a lovely stay as a solo traveler for 5 nights.

The overcrowded facilities, including insufficient pool space for the number of guests, leads to chaotic scenes around the sunbeds, with guests scrambling for loungers early in the morning. Elevators are often slow, causing frustration in accessing rooms. There were instances of discomfort, like uncomfortable bed setups where two beds slide apart, impacting sleep quality.

Do recommend for a flash stay

Spacious room, beautiful view, and a fantastic breakfast selection made our stay enjoyable, as we loved waking up to the breathtaking ocean view from our balcony and the variety offered in the buffet, which included fresh fruits and pastries.

This hotel was just a suitable option for a brief visit in Puerto Rico with outstanding value for money. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helped us move to a quieter room location. Don't waste time waiting for the phone call about room readiness. just check back with reception after a while.
